Cherry & Maple Wine Stopper

I created a lamination of Cherry & Maple wood to form this wine bottle stopper. This particular pattern alternates between Maple and Cherry wood and the blanks are cut on a bias in order to give it a unique, visually pleasing pattern.

The stopper base (the mini) is made from FDA food approved solid stainless steel. I only use stainless for the base of my stoppers because stainless steel will not pit or corrode like cheaper metal plated models. This stopper also utilizes a multiple o-ring system which creates an air tight seal to keep your wine fresh as the day you opened the bottle.

As with all my wine stoppers it comes packaged in a red velour drawstring pouch which is great for gift giving or storage.
