Exotic Goncalo Alves Bottle Stopper

This bottle stopper has been turned out of an exotic wood called Goncalo alves.  Goncalo Alves is a beautiful tropical hardwood, ranging in color from light to reddish brown to deep mahogany red-brown.

The bottle stopper base is made from FDA food approved solid stainless steel. This is used  because stainless steel will not pit or corrode like chrome and other cheaper plated models. This stopper also utilizes a multiple o-ring system which creates an air tight seal to keep your wine fresh as the day you opened the bottle.

As with all our bottle stoppers it comes packaged in a velour drawstring pouch which is great for gift giving or storage.
