Return Policy

Treespun.com offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund. Please include the invoice with your return. The address to return your purchase to is on your invoice. Your purchase price will be refunded once your return is received. A signature confirmation is required and can be obtained from your post office.

Stolen or Lost Orders (After Delivery)

We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after shipment. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier. We ship all items with delivery confirmation.

Domestic and International Shipping

All orders are shipped between 24 and 48 hours. Orders are not split up. We ship USPS for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping: Once you add products to your shopping cart and enter your zip code, shipping options are available for you to select from. All domestic shipped products are shipped with delivery confirmation.

International Shipping: Once you add products to your shopping cart and enter your country, shipping options are available for you to select from. Clients are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Some people try to avoid customs taxes by refusing to pick up their orders. Be advised that any order not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Treepsun.com will always indicate the accurate value of the products when filling out customs forms. Please do not ask us to list it as "gift" or at a reduced price. We honestly and accurately fill out customs forms.

PLEASE NOTE: First Class International Mail cannot be tracked and Treespun.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
