Return Policy

Treespun.com offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund. Please include the invoice with your return. We provide a return address label along with our invoice. Your purchase price (minus shipping & handling costs) will be refunded once your return is received. A signature confirmation is required and can be obtained from your post office.

Stolen or Lost Orders (After Delivery)

We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after shipment. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier. We ship all items with delivery confirmation.

International Shipping: Once you add products to your shopping cart and enter your country, shipping options are available for you to select from. Clients are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Some people try to avoid customs taxes by refusing to pick up their orders. Be advised that any order not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Treepsun.com will always indicate the accurate value of the products when filling out customs forms.
